Time to Detox Yourself

The nation is under lockdown due to the deadly virus spread which has claimed many lives worldwide. So while you're inside your home, it's time to press the restart button of your health. To initiate with, detox your digestive system. Once a week detoxification is a much needed process to give your digestive system break.

1. Orange-Carrot Ginger Detox Juice- Take 1 large carrot and 2 oranges, 1/2 inch ginger and about 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. Put it in a blender and blend for 30 seconds and then squeeze half lemon. Strain and serve.

 

2. Beauty Drink Lemona Detox Blitz- squeeze out juice of 5 lemons. In a blender pour in the lemon juice, 3 bunch mint and ½ cup honey. Add ice if your like. This refreshes body and naturally makes you fresh & glowing.

 

3. Pomegranate and Beetroot Juice- Carefully Peel the rind from aloevera plant leaves and discard the rind. Take out clear 2tbsp clear aloevera gel. Blend 2 cups of fresh pomegranate juice and ½ cup of chopped beetroot. Add aloevera juice and give it a whiz. Lastly add some black pepper and serve

 

4. Radiant Lemonade- Blend 1 chopped apple, 1 chopped carrot, ½ sliced beetroot, 2 slices of white radish, ½ tsp lemon zest and 2 juiced lemon. Add little bit of water to adjust the consistency. Sieve and serve.
